The SeTDIBA resource: support services for digital transformation is the set of digital administration services offered by the Diputació de Barcelona to councils of less than 20,000 inhabitants (including their public sector), decentralized municipal entities and consortia and associations smaller in the demarcation of Barcelona. 
Through SeTDIBA, these local bodies are provided with support services to implement common work methods, access to technological tools, and support services for their continued use. 
 
What does SeTDIBA involve? 
• Launch a shared work model: the e-SET model, initially defined by the AOC Consortium and adopted and promoted by the Diputació de Barcelona for the development of SeTDIBA. 
The e-SET consists of a set of instructions and methods for managing the documents, files and tasks that arise from the daily management of a town hall with a small organizational dimension. 
• Implement the technological tools that support the work model: registration and electronic file manager. 
• Progressively integrate these tools (registry and electronic file manager) with the rest of the telematics services and systems offered by the Provincial Council of Barcelona and with those of the Consorci Administración Oberta de Catalunya (AOC), such as the following: e -NOTUM, e-TAULER, EACAT, E-TRAM, e-FACT, iARCHIU, MUX, VIA OBERTA and others that may be incorporated in the future.
